1 General Provisions

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is considered a prohibited activity and all associated accounts will be closed. This also applies to operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

2.3 Identity Verification

win bdt may request identity verification at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is completed.

2.4 Updating Account Information

If the mobile number or payment method registered to your account changes, the support team must be notified immediately. If a withdrawal is sent to outdated details, recovery may not be possible.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

The minimum age to open an account and use services on win bdt is 21 years. No person under 21 may participate on this platform. Documents may be requested at any time to verify age.

If a user creates an account with a false age and it is later proven that they are under 21, that account will be cancelled immediately. In such cases, deposited funds may be returned, but any winnings or bonus funds will be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

win bdt offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of 10 times the bonus amount — i.e. ৳15,000 — must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has its own wagering conditions that must be read before accepting the bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses apply to a single account and to members of a single household only.
• Winnings earned from a bonus will be counted as real winnings only after wagering is completed.
• Bonus funds are not received "for free" — they are a conditional incentive.

5.3 Right to Modify Promotions

win bdt reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice. If a promotion applies for a specific period, it cannot be claimed after that period ends.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

All bets are considered final once confirmed. win bdt reserves the right to cancel or adjust any bet due to technical errors or incorrect odds. Pre-match bets cannot be changed or cancelled after an event has started.

6.2 Odds Setting

Displayed odds may change at any time in line with market movements. Payouts will be calculated at the odds that applied when the bet was confirmed.

6.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or not completed within the specified time, the stake for the related bet will be returned, unless otherwise stated in the rules for that specific sport.

6.4 Suspicious Betting Activity

If a bet is suspected of being related to match-fixing or manipulation, it will be suspended until the investigation is completed. win bdt maintains a strict stance against such activity.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on win bdt:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct towards other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fake documents.

win bdt reserves the right to close any account involved in the activities listed above and to take legal action.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 win bdt's Rights

win bdt has the right to temporarily suspend any account for investigation. During this time, both withdrawals and deposits may be disabled. If no violation is found once the investigation concludes, the account will be fully reactivated.

8.2 User Rights

Any user may request closure of their own account. In such cases, earned balances in the account and eligible withdrawal requests will be processed. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering conditions will be considered void.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

win bdt follows specific policies regarding the collection, storage, and use of users' personal information. SSL encryption is used on the site to keep user data protected from third parties.
